Get the menu for euro 17. we chose suppe, plus rinderbourgignon and dessert. especially in the expensive paris. we also ordered the 3 Chessefondue. yummy! although I noticed that the waiter was the one who cut the baguette and. he did that after cleaning other tables and not his hands wash.
Decided to go for the fixed price menu around 14 euro. the choice was varied and on escargots, followed by delicious duck breast and followed by chocolate cake. everything was really well washed with a beautiful bottle red and change of 50...euros... would have house wine even cheaper. worth a visit!
Very good dishes for the menu price (9,7€ without limit of arrival time (unlike other restaurants in the neighborhood. Fries, desserts, too. All right, I recommend. It's not my great gastronomy, it's simple. And that's exactly what we're asking for this prize.
We'd wandered past here 20 mins earlier and the gentleman on the front was claiming it was the number 1 restaurant on Tripadvisor! Obviously not the case. We hadn't believed this claim but as we were walking back it started to rain heavily and as the restaurant looked cosy we went in. We had been told that they had tagliatelle for our sons for a childrens' meal - this arrived as an adults spaghetti. My husband ordered mussels in white wine as a main course- they arrived plain as a starter. We pointed this out and the same mussels were then returned to us with a few extra some minutes later in the sauce and now overcooked. Needless to say my husband was ill that evening! The tartifilette was tasty and the Savoie wine served was good but 1 meal out of 4 isn't good enough. We were very disappointed as this was our final night in Paris and every other meal we'd eaten had been enjoyable.
