Madras Cafe - Paris

Ate here for the past 2 days of my stay in Paris as I was craving for Indian food.never regretted.briyani was awesome.the fish and chicken curry was good.portioning is reasonably better compared to other Asian countries.

The hotel we found because of our friends. Once after visiting to that hotel for the first, we visited 4 times in two days. Food was tastier than anyother hotels in Paris. They won't charge much. If you would like to have south indian or north indian food. This is the best place to visit.

Whenever i visit Paris and I don't want surprises but just honest food, I come this place and order chicken biryani (8€j. Excellent, plentyful, rich. And if I still feel that my day has been hard enough and I deserve a sweet, I order a fragant rose cake whose aroma embraces as a fiancee kiss, What else in Paris?

We landed at the restaurant late on our way to catch a train and subsequently our flight to Munich. It was a cold day and we were happy to have something hot and Indian to eat. The waiters were very attentive and served us our food as soon as they could. I had a lovely South Indian thali and being so hungry and cold it went down as fast as I could eat. My husband had a very nice Chicken biryani. Their portion sizes are good. I even packed a fried rice to take to the airport as I had a long night ahead at the airport as my flight was in the wee hours of the morning and was surprised when I opened my parcel that they had also added some vegetables sambhar and a sweet at no extra cost. In fact I found the prices very reasonable at this restaurant.The waiter even showed us how to manoeuvre Gare du Nord to get to CDG. Very impressed with the staff at this restaurant. The food tasted better as a result.

Wide choice of South Indian snacks and food and equally North Indian specialities. Pricing is very reasonable. Non alcoholic and alcholic Beaverages offered. Service is a little slow, but worth the time.
