I had a good experience at Swiss chalet. Ordered food for my family and they all loved it! I made sure to give a great tip because of a takeout worker named Grace! She was lovely!
Went to pick up online order, this is the third time people walking around on the kitchen, seeing me waiting at the pickup counter, completely ignoring me for ten minutes, went to get my husband to walk into the kitchen and ask someone for help.
Great chicken although it’s been a bit dry lately and the sauce isn’t as good as it was.
Today I ordered 4 meals for pickup for my family, one of which was the 1/2 back combo with ribs and chicken. It costed $27.49, which would have been absolutely fine IF the order came with everything included. When I got the order home and realized we were missing the chicken from the order I immediately called the restaurant. The customer service employee told me that they “ran out of chicken and if they had any they didn’t have a delivery driver right now anyways”. When I politely questioned how they possibly don’t have chicken and why I was charged for a full meal if they didn’t have the chicken I was put on an 11 minute hold to speak to the manager. She did absolutely nothing except tell me she could try to get me a chicken delivered in 2 and a half hours OR that I could get a $6.99 credit for the next time I come to Paris Swiss Chalet, and then before I could respond put me on another 18 minute hold. I advise you don’t order pickup or waste your money on an establishment that is SO poorly run and staffed, and will not fix their mistakes. I wish I could say that this issue was resolved but the incompetent manager did not come back to the phone!
