Domino's Pizza

So I usually do not do reviews, but I ordered a pizza from the app got the two pizzas and some twists. I did the curbside they were late (so since they were late to bring my pizza, I’m supposed to get a free pizza on my next order or 20% off my choice )and then when I spoke to the person who brought my pizza to me when I asked him about it he said I have no clue what you’re talking about. I’m not familiar with that. Got on the phone. The lady who picked up didn’t know what I was talking about either. I asked for a manager and at first manager didn’t even come to the phone. She sent the same lady back to tell me that I can come in and get a free drink or 20% off. so I said no thank you I don’t want to dollar drink. I would like to speak to the manager finally the manager gets back on the phone and says the app says the company will send you an email automatically for a free pizza or 20% off OK that’s fine no problem. I left it at that then on my way home. I open the pizza to give my son a piece and doesn’t have no pepperoni on it. I ordered a pepperoni pineapple and jalapeño thin crust, pizza and no pineapple I called back. The manager did come on the phone the first time around when I asked for her this time and she is remaking the pizza into a large but her attitude, and the way she speaks to people is very very degrading like and that’s ridiculous, I don’t think I’m ever coming back to this location

Worst dominos in south sac order online said 20 to 31 mins I here 50mins later just now baking it said wait 10 more mins plus no cool go to on gerber road allways on time great service

They tell when place the order that the order will be ready in 20 minutes, you get to the store and they make you wait for another 30 minutes. Attitude is bad and poor customer service.

Brother, do not come here. This place is garbage. Est wait time was 20min. The lied on the 2 minute carside delivery, and when I went inside to ask about it, they told me they had to remake a pizza, I waited a whole hour just to get some mediocre pizza. Shame on me. The whole time I waited in store was some oaf yawning so loud you can hear him outside, not paying attention and most likely why I had to wait even longer. There was plenty of staff.

I really like the service and people and the pizza ? ?. I recommend their pizza ?.Wheelchair accessibility: I park in the handicap which is close to the store.
