Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pasadena

Chipotle is always good. this place ran out of the huh. It's okay. the inner is quite small and you have to float a bit to get a place. the staff is really sweet and attentive. eating was okay.

CONSISTENTLY slow service- like half the speed of other locations. I understand it taking time if there is a large line, but I think they understaff to save money, and the result is consistently slower service.

Chicken Bowl, with brown rice and black beans.Corn and Guac.Thanks for the runs ?I’ve seen too many lazy workers taking shortcuts and handling the food so sloppy. Very frustrating.

Experience was very bad. They were out of corn and lettuce and the employee's attitude was rude. She just told me: no corn no lettuce, that's it, so what I got was just tiny bit of rice and chicken with some cheese and sour cream, about less than half of a bowl only. No one apologized nor offered more of something else to make up. Will never go there again.

Chipotle has changed and not for the good. Cumin is not a traditional Mexican spice. I am not sure when Chipotle decided that cumin should belong in every single thing they make, Maybe the owners took a trip to San Antonio Texas where it was first introduced to Tex-Mex food.
