Taqueria Los Agaves 4 - Pasadena

So my Go To here I 'd the Burrito. Meat (Fajita Beef), cheese (Queso Blanco), and Avocado. Nothing else, quick and easy, no mess. Never had an issue with cleanliness or bad smells. The staff always nice and friendly and easy to joke with, not a bad place. For one (myself), a couple, or even family dining.

I’ve tried a few breakfast tacos and they taste so bland.

I ate breakfast, Huevos Ranchero's the Egg's were over cooked I asked for over easy and the bacon had a HORRIBLE flavor.. Prices and customer service was ok..

Called 15 minutes in advance to buy chips and queso for my daughter. We arrived have to wait another 5 minutes to get my order because the person infront of me didn't call in advance. Then she gives me the queso and it's not even warm? And worst thing I didn't check it before I left. I dont know maybe the employees aren't getting paid enough. Honestly, if paying you, you should provide me for what I'm paying you. If the employees can't even give me warm queso get new ones and pay them more. Get out of the food business industry.

The food was awful, so I told the guy I thought his name was Edgar; he was wearing a name tag and a green shirt with one of the Low fades. But anyway, I told him two Horchatas with no Ice. I got to the window, and he put ice in them. I said, Hey, I asked for no ice, he said, Well, I already made them. So I am sure there was a girl with a red shirt he was trying to impress, which is also acceptable) I didn 't want any ice. So he took my card and put it in a box of other collected cards he was insulting, and as a Business owner, I would have fired that guy. I just wanted to get my drink for me and my son, not to have my card stolen and harassed by some guy. But I wouldn 't say I liked it, I will never return, and I will let all of my military buddies stay away from this horrible food and passive-aggressive, immature staff.
