I got to discover this Korean serving Gimbap (cooked rice with various Korean ingredients rolled in gim, similar to Japanese sushi) mostly. It had mushy pork mixed with vegetables in them. Koreans also call this Mandu at times. On a next trip, I should try the Bulgogi Gimbap or an interesting take on Filipino, Chicken Adobo Gimbap.
