Zark's Burgers - Pasig

Me and my partner each ordered our own meal, he had a chicken burger and i had a burger steak with rice. My main concern is why did it took 30 minutes to serve the chicken burger and why did they serve my burger steak 15 minutes too early? Shouldnt it be automatic that main meals are served at the same time? By the time i had to wait for my partner's meal to be served my food has already gone cold.

Ordered Chili Cheese Burger which was tasty but their patties have too much undigestable bits. Two burgers had the equivalent of three tablespoons of sapal or hard tendons. This burger place used to be good but lost its quality.

The key to knowing how good a burger joint is by trying their classic/regular burger. At Zark's, my favorite is just their classic burger and timeout. I've tried their burger with bacon before (I forgot what it's called) but ended up regretting my order. It was too salty and oily that I had to finish it with lots of ketchup. Nitpicking aside, I like that with Zark's I have another option aside from the commmercialized fastfood restos, where I get my junk food. I just hope they will make their patty more juicy and beefy. Let's lessen the extenders, please.
