Domino's Pizza - Patna

I visited it recently, did not or say could not order anything, as staff is not trained on how to take order. I was standing behind the person ordering and after his order ,moron staff started taking order from person who jumed the queue and stood beside counter. ~_~ In Patna ,most people dont know concept of queue, but its not expected to see dominos not interested in making them follow standard rule. Its very close to my home ,so I ordered online. They cheat customers when it comes to 'Cheese burst' pizza, there is hardly any cheese between crust!! They are horrible when compared to other outlets.

I've been here many times with my friends. Its comparatively best branch. Its also very spacious. Food is very good. But services are bad. The main reason why I've been here many time because its in my locality and is located at a good place.

I dont know why most of the restaurant/outlet which opens in patna in starting phase serves good and later deteriorate its service and food.Same rule is applicable to most of the outlets of big brand and Domino's is not exceptional.The quality we get here is no were match to the pizaa served at outlets of other cities.Only the location is good and on main road (kankarbagh shalimar more main road) and oarking is not an issue.When we visited 2-3 tables were vacant but they had not cleaned the table yet after previous customer had completed the meal.This is not acceptable at all at a Domino's outlet. Even quality of pizza were not up to the Domino's standard.It lookes that they had applied cost cutting formula on topping and serving topping for 2 pizza on at least 3 pizza.

For the first time very  disappointed with any of the domino's pizza. We got a pizza take away done from them, when we reached home we discovered that the toppings were all on one side of the pizza and the rest half was without toppings. Totally disappointed.

The food might be the same as other dominoes outlet.. but the staff working there are definitely rude/ not helpful. Well what could one say after all, its not the fault of dominoes.. its the people there. :/
