Starbucks - PAWLEYS ISLAND

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow! I would rather drive to get my food. Although there are many staff members, you end up waiting forever. I recommend going to Dieucks at Litchfield Inn instead, as they are faster and friendlier. The baristas there are also very efficient and professional.

The restaurant staff did not inquire if I preferred my drink hot or cold. Assuming they would serve me a hot coffee, especially on a 30-degree day, I was disappointed when I received a cold coffee instead. It seems like they do most things without paying much attention to details.

This Starbucks is very inconsistent. I understand that it may be due to constantly having new employees working there, but no matter when I order something, I never know if it will be really good or just okay. At least you don't have to wait in a 20-minute line.

I went to this place and ordered two icy white chocolate mocha with caramel and whipped cream. not only did they give it to me hot, but they add the spiced cream to the hot coffee. When I told the employee that it was probably ice cold, she gave me a strange look, then hidden in the corner. After a while she appeared and told me to have a good day. the disregard she showed me about my order was a little frustrating. she didn't even check my order to see if it was right.

Almost 15 minutes to get a simple cup of coffee in a non crowded store. Starbucks has the most ridiculous ordering and delivery of product system ever. It's the same every time. Never again...
