A wonderful treat with an abundance of options, the food was fresh and continued to roll out throughout the entire time featuring omelettes made to order with many options, shrimp cocktail, a salad bar, fruit bar, many pastries, and desserts. Beautiful serene location, ample parking and no wait. Highly recommend.
Stayed here on my vacation. The guy at the front desk that works the night shift went above and beyond for me. I had been driving for 13 hours and got there extremely late. I called when I was about 30 mins away. He literally had everything ready for me. I was super exhausted. My room was nice and clean. Bed felt so good I slept like a baby. I would definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Thanks again to the guy at the front desk. You are awesome
My mom and I both felt pretty let down after our stay. We were expecting everything to be cleaner and nicer, especially since we know a lot of people stay there everyday. 1st. The bathroom.. the tub was not clean, you could feel the dirtiness on the bottom of our feet, there was a very visible ring around it and there also was a spot on the ceiling in the corner that looked like water damage had happened. And there wasn't anywhere to hang your towels. We had to improvise with the chair in the room and a hanger in the closet. 2nd. The room.. there was no microwave in the room. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. For some reason you had to either rent a microwave (which I think the front desk agent said $25 a night) for the room or use the communal microwave in the sweet shop, which was on the second floor, and we were on the first. So it was completely out of our way. 3rd. The Breakfast.. there was not any kind of free/complimentary breakfast. Nothing. You had to pay $22 to eat breakfast. I understand that it's a Conference Center but $22 for one person is RIDICULOUS. We ended up leaving and going to Wendy's and spending half of that for both of us. Compliments.. The Front Desk Agent, I don't remember his name, he was super nice. The beds were really comfortable. And there were plenty of parking spaces. Over all, not the worst place, but for us it's not worth another stay.
Would have been a 5 Star Review but we had an issue with our room being clean. One of our beds blankets had some big yellow stains on it. Our Glass Cups were dirty and the glass door on the patio needs to be cleaned. The Maids need to a better job and stay off their phones FaceTimeing and do their jobs right!
Reside in Atlanta and needed something off the heavy traffic and bustle for a few days following the Christmas Holidays for a staycation ...this Hilton was it! Front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff were great. Hotel and most important the room was clean and up to date. Benefit of a bar for the night football game and onsite restaurant that is open late. The breakfast buffet is not the grab and go or room temperature items on a paper plate. It was a true buffet as though in a restaurant with hot and cold items and made to order omelettes. A good weekend breakfast away from crowds if you live in the area. Another secret for other staycationers or Girls Night is the White Orchid Day Spa that is 2 minutes away.
