Waffle House - Pearl

Pulled in...a little road-weary, for breakfast. Stephen did a great job: professional.

No chain of command one server ,cook quit the morning I went by ,server had no way of locking door, I called three other waffle houses trying to get a regional managers number no one would answer the phone.

The food was great. My waffle was a little undercooked for my liking but still good. The service was good as well. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I am a bodybuilder, I use to stop at this location for a good cheat meal, when I wanted to treat myself, on some good fatty none bodybuilder good eats. I walked in there where busy so I waited patiently for quite some time never was assisted when I was addressed the server was rude gotten my order incorrect when I address the problem she just stood in front of me being loud and being rude I have never seen such in my life, in front of god everybody and she thought it was cute, it was not it was disgusting the way she acted towards me and other customers, the store manager did nothing there but smile and do not discipline her nor termination, it was a mad hous, they both need to be fired the server and male store manager, I am a professional amateur bodybuilder This hateful problem needs to be resolve as soon as possibleRespectfully,Randy Lee KyzarPs I have never been back to a waffle house anywhere sinceAnd I will never untill this problem is resolved

Just left there. Took them over 30 mins to make an omelet' sausage and hashbown. Food was not right and was downright cold. Also was not made right. You could tell they diddnt have a clue as to what they were doing. Will not be going
