Moreno's Grill Mexican - Pearland

I ordered take out. The waiter helping me was so nice. He offered me a drink while I waited for my food. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. The bartenders were very attentive. They made sure my drink was to my liking. The food was ready before I finished my drink, which I thought was wonderful! Thank you for a relaxing, take out experience Moreno's!

Ate half the chicken and realized it was raw. Waitress agreed. Manager said it wasn’t and refused to take the dish off the bill. Charged full price. I didn’t even eat the rest of the food I was grossed out. Never had such poor customer service or lack of concern from management. I am panicked I am going to get ill from the food.Food: 1/5

Dined in for the first time today. The experience started off well with prompt seating and chips/salsa appearing immediately. Then we put in our order and waited, and waited… at least 45 minutes gone by, we were on our fourth basket of chips. Finally asked what is going on with our order, the manager just said “oh we are short staffed in the kitchen”. Food comes out finally after almost 50 minutes and it was meh. Chicken breast was dry, rice didn’t have much flavor. The chile relleno was covered with a tomato sauce, not what I expected from the menu. All in all, the food was mediocre and the overall experience was not justifiable for another visit.

Food and beverage were both excellent. Reasonable prices. Wife loved her michelada. We really enjoyed this place. Highly recommended!

Visiting family and enjoyed breakfast here ordered menudo and the Barbacoa plate these were good servings and good food. Great atmosphere, service was awesome, very clean establishment. Hope to come again and enjoy more. Keep up the great work.?Food: 4/5
