Walked in store employees looked at me but never acknowledged me. A female walked and all the white female employee begin talking and helping her. I was ignored entire time. NEVER will be back

We were enjoying some ice cream when a middle-school guy came in to order some milkshakes. On his way out the door, something happened and he dropped all three shakes. The staff jumped on cleaning up the mess and immediately made him new shakes free of charge. It was great to see them rescue his evening. Bravo!

Ice cream was ok. Customer service could seriously use some improvement.
