Coach-n-four Steakhouse - Pensacola

Once we finally we waited on the Crab Claws were very good. We use to go there at least once a month but because of finances we have not been able to. Well after last nite we do not want to go back. New wait staff, not good, new higher prices and food quality bad and cut of steaks bad. Everyone around us that came in way after us were getting there food and when we finally got ours it was not hot, the bottom of my fish was wet because it had been sitting there so long and when I said something the waitress did not seem concerned at all. Coach N Four use to be good but not anymore. I DO NOT eating there until they make some good changes.

You will be stuffed when you leave but you will honestly be able to say that the steak was the best you ever had.

We were ignored for the first 20 mins after we were seated, as others seated after us received drinks and placed their order. The service was like an after thought, on her way somewhere else the waitress stopped at our table took order w/o a greeting and with much attitude. She returned with drinks, threw our salads on the table w/o cutlery. We will never return nor recommend to friends. We knew it wasn't Fish House or Jackson's...this place sucked.

Used to live in Pensacola. Took my mother and five others to celebrate two birthdays. Saturday night at 5:10PM. Had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. Placed orders in a timely way. Salads came out ten minutes later. And that was it! After 45 more minutes and after three parties that were as large as ours and seated after we were got their food before us, we left. Stopped at exit to pay for salads. Manager was there said nothing! Even other patrons noticed we were never served. Do they think they are the only place in town for a good steak? Can 't say we will ever be back. The waitress knew our meals were not being served in a timely manner, she was the one serving four other groups that were seated after us. Our birthday celebration was dampened by the Coach 'N ' Four. Situation could have been salvaged if the Manager had cared about this at all! Why is he there?
