Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Pensacola

I grabbed a Chia Banana Pudding bowl here for breakfast today and the server was abrupt and also misspelled the name on the order, but the lobby was clean and the bowl was delicious even if they did spare on the honey drizzle.

PLEASE remove the delivery button since you don't offer delivery yourself. I placed an order for delivery and, after a while, checked in the status and realized that it then said for pickup. The app didn't allow me to cancel. I called the store and all they could do is place the smoothies in the freezer until someone pick them up and leave a note for the general manager.. I had to place the order again through ubereats. They will pick up the smoothies that are waiting on me. Problem is that I had to pay twice. I will update the review tomorrow about what happens after I go to the store and talk to the manager. Hopefully they will give me the same order tomorrow since I already paid today twice. The smoothies themselves are awesome.

Tropical Smoothie rarely fails to satisfy. This one is always good. Customer service could use a little help. But I guess you can't expect everyone to be friendly.

We LOVE TSC, and the food is always really fresh and good. But we walked in this one, and it was like we entered into a really sad room! It was completely silent, no music playing, no bantering between employees. I don 't even recall the one who took our order really speaking except the amount of my meal! Even the people that were behind us had a look on their face like, "Yikes, we can 't talk in here!! It was different, I 'm definitely used to music playing and loud talking between the young employees, but maybe the radio was broken and the workers were all thinking of important things? I 'm still going to go back, but I 'm curious if it was just us that noticed!

It's my third visit to this location. On my first visit, I had a kiwi quencher, and this was OK. Mostly strawberry taste than kiwi. Second visit I had a seasonal Pina Colada, and that was excellent. This visit I had a mango something, and that was also excellent. I'll be back, and perhaps I'll update this review with a photo.
