Whataburger - Pensacola

The past few times we have been ther the service has been terrible. I always love whataburger and want to leave a good review but, the past few times we have went the people have been rude and our food wasn't right. Every time. I'm hoping we just came ona bad day. Their food is always good but, the service. Hope it gets better.

Went to the drive thru, waited 2 or 3 min, not one person took our order. Drove to the 2nd window and guess what, waited again and the person was confused. We told them we sat there in drive-thru waiting and no one took our order, didn't provide and explanation and took our order 1 large fry, 1 coke, 1 milkshake), drinks came out fairly quick, fries took 5 min and when we got them they were cold. A tall guy who cared less and had no sense of urgency or customer service was awful. 3 items over 10 mins and no one was in line. Customer service has gone to ****!!!

So my friend and I will move in and go into I ordered a sausage and a biscuit no cheese, big drink he ordered an breakfast on a bungalow with Bbq sauce and a big drink. when delivered a cup was the normal cup and no Bbq sauce if wanted to get back up and 42 for the Bbq sauce and wanted to sell us another big drink we had paid for the manager, came up and finally gave us a cup and sent us 42 for the Bbq sauce. Is that all worth fooling? I don't think so. we were treated as if we wanted to tear someone off. Why should I do that? Maybe her mentality is confused to work in a wasted area, but I know now, go elsewhere.

Whoever was the lady, he started two days ago. I just thought I would share that she had not only an extremely sarcastic attitude after she had messed up our order for 30 minutes (there was only another group of people in the restaurant, but went on to touch all about my clearly married stepfather and get into his face. also ended her beautiful service by taking the finger behind her head as we could not see. I work in customer service and I'm really disgusting. never come back and when I have the finger she has locked and loaded on my table!

Years ago they work here and still, they keep the workers to the high standards they held us. sandwiches so well packed, fast, perfect made, and everyone was so polite, do their work. great job dominic! always loved you as manager to have!
