Starbucks - Peoria

I love this location, today the woman coffee was probably not making her day a little chaotic, but the location is clean and friendly atmosphere. I've been here for years and no problems. We all have a bad day.

My favorite start-up location. The manager Tasha is great! She is always so friendly and personal and sweet! I placed a mobile order today and when I picked it up, she wrote a personal congratulations message on my cup, which not only torn up but made me absolutely my day! She makes Starbuck's visits mean more than just taking a drink or snack, and goes out of her way to provide exceptional customer service!!!

They seemed very busy because one of their employees had to go to the hospital. They did their best to move quickly, but some employees drew more weight than others. Our black coffees were overcrowded, although we needed room for cream, but unlike the quality of food was excellent.

Store manager Tonya really understands what great customer service is! She and her crew went out and out tonight when I stopped to get a coffee for a meeting. She stayed late to make sure everything was right. Great customer service is hard to come today, but this Starbucks gets it!!

What a great location. There was a recent change in the store manager and now the employees are much more upbeat, attentive, and customer focused. The employees greet you with a smile, service is fast and friendly, and if a mistake is made, they are quick to fix it. This location offers Google WiFi which is super fast. The dining area is always clean and there's outside seating, too.
