Feedback gevenOrdered 2 pizza's over the weekend. Worst service ever. They misplaced our pizza. They need new workers. I didn't see anyone wash their hand nor did I see anyone wearing a hair net. They were very off task. The girl up at the front front was definitelyoff task.
We waited an hour for our food and live just down the road. I called the store and got put ?on hold? while they talked to other customers who ordered and it said they would be there at 6:45 and at this time it was 8pm. Once someone got on the phone again,she instantly tells me it?s going to be 3 hours. Says they are short on drivers. After no customer service at all, the driverfinally pulls up with the food. After speaking to the driver (who was wonderful! they guessed that we were told 3 hours andsaid that the manager does that but the orders are made and just sitting up there waiting to be delivered. Having worked in thefood industry for 7+ years, I know that Judith(the manager definitely could have helped deliver some orders. She would havegotten paid her regular manager wage and would have to give the tips to the drivers but that?s what a good manager would havedone. If you want to keep employees, help them, pay them correctly, and if you treat the customers with care, you?ll be able topay them more. And all of this on a Tuesday night.
The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, prices and specials. I felt bad about asking so many questions but he was able to answer then all in detail. I have ordered Domino?s all over the country and this Domino?s, byfar, has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced at a Domino?s. I wish I would have got his name. Highlyrecommend.
Staff is nice. Food is usually good. The last 3 times I have ordered the app will tell me about a 40 minute delivery time. Food is cooked fast then it sits for an hour or more before its delivered. Pizza is cold and limp, the teenage kids even throw itaway. Have been extremely disappointed lately.
Very frustrating experience. I have ordered from this domino's on a regular basis for years. We recently moved just minutes away and now we are unable to order delivery via the app. In the past I was told to just place a carry out order and then call thestore to have it changed to delivery. This has worked for the past few months until last night. I was ordering food for myfamily because I was headed in to work a 12 hour shift. I did did what I normally do, but then I called to change the order todelivery and I was told I couldn't use the coupon because it was carryout only. The coupon was 5.99 for carryout and 6.99 fordelivery. The person that answered the phone was very unprofessional. I had asked them to just change it to the 6.99 fordelivery coupon but i guess that was too difficult. I was then told my card didn't process because of insufficient funds. I hadexplained I already paid for the carryout order and they just kept telling me my card was declined. I told them to just leave itas the original order and we would come pick it up even though I was short on time. Hung up the phone to get a call back onceagain telling me I hadn't paid and that my card was declined even though I had checked my bank and had paid. I talked to 3different people before canceling my order all together. Needless to say my family had to fend for themselves for dinner....don't think I'll order from this location again.
