Feedback gevenOn my way home from vacation and stopped here. Meat on Sandwich was brown and smelled horrible. Associate tried to tell us it was thee oxidation of the meat. Bad business selling spoiled food.
Firehouse Subs in itself is a great franchise and has a great menu. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill fast. The evening I was there, the staff spoke loudly to each other about customers they do not care for. It was hurtful to see poor customers having to wait and that had legit complaints.
Not sure if this is a restaurant or day care.Small children in back .
I went through drive thru and placed my order at 4:58 mind you I was only car in line and only person there I was just sitting at window more than 10 minutes still waiting on my food so I drove around and went inside and kindly ask where my food was at and they was like what food the guy that took my order ask them then engineer y’all didn’t give it her mind you now my sandwich is just sitting on the counter the other worker informed that they was busy prepping I understand that but my food is just sitting there getting cold if I would have never drove around my sandwich would still be sitting on the counter worst customer service I ever had with them I will not be returning back to this firehouse anymore
There was a long wait time but the reason for that is because there is only one guy working there, so don't go too hard on him, plus the food is really good, I'm really glad I had my lunch hereVegetarian options: Veggie sub
