La Vela - PESCHIERA DEL GARDA

Had a lunch with local wine and some ofgole clams. It was a nice lunch in a beautiful place in the city. Also beautiful with some big fish in the canal.

What a shame. Such a beautiful location and staff treat all customers as total inconvenience, as if they had expected to go for a day of massage and sunbathing. It is clear that the one who owns the restaurant is not in the residence... or if they are, they could not take care of less. We have a house in Peschiera and unfortunately there are much better places to go and spend your money.

The situation is attractive, and the outside seats appeal, but I must agree with 'Louiseshep's comments. That's all you need for it. The service was unfriendly, the food was quite average. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again.
