Feedback gevenHorrible customer service, zero stars! Faye, the manager, called to let me know half of my toppings were unavailable. And when I asked could I sub them for other toppings her only solution was that I 'd have to pay more money. As a manager, I think shecould have made the decision to give me 2 free toppings to sub since its their fault that the toppings were out of stock. Doyour job and stock the toppings, not my fault! Just ridiculous. I canceled my order and will not order from them again. I 'm soover eating food thats not even healthy yet the restaurants act like its made of holy water and gold, but want to hold on toevery dollar and be cheap! I will be calling to speak to a real manager, because the lady I spoke to was very slow and dumb, I 'msure she was lying about being a manager.
The quality has been going down but that is not the reason for this review. I ordered pizza and selected carside pickup. I pulled into the spot and turned on my lights. The employees ignored that I was even there. They continued to talk amongstthemselves and with people hanging out in the store. 2 other employees walked to the back. If you are going to refuse to bringfood out then carside pickup does not need to be an option. There are too many alternatives in Petal for pizza to continue todeal with a store with poor customer service.
Really tired of not being satisfied with my time buying food every Time I order I get dipping sauce and it is never brought to us pizza is good tho just this place has the most laziest workers Louisa is about the only one worth a fu$
If you live in petal you already know if u order from this place regularly. Quality has taken a massive nose dive. I get that they are trying to save money too but 70 percent of the pizzas i get from here now have massive air pockets from where theyarent putting on enough sauce and we arent talking about tue normal one bubble we are talking about 1/2 of the pizza is airpocket. I really dont like pizza hut but I might start going there or just picking up from a different dominos. Pretty sureownership or management told them to save money by skimping on sauce. I hadnt left a review since once or twice i can excusesince u might be training new ppl but its everytime now.
I ordered delivery from dominos bc I have Covid and first of all I waited a HOUR for delivery so finally they call me 3 times while I?m in the shower and apparently if they call you and you don?t answer (I called back one minute later) they will nolonger deliver your pizza. And NOBODY finds it important to tell you on the website. IM VERY UNPLEASED. Horrible experience
