Pizza Hut - Peterborough

Never order switched on, no recalls had to use 2 different phone numbers to reach through, as they do not pick up the calls. Spend almost an hour to get the refund. Not recommended for any absolutely terrible service. Not reused

The absolute worst pizza you could ever order. Do not order from here. They don't know how to make pizza, only burnt cheesy bread. I'm so sad that I didn't take a photo of it because it would shock and appall and horrify any pizza lover.

No sauce included and it’s really bad quality, you let me down! Compare to Papa John or Dominos! I’d be better with a frozen goodfellas hands down! It’s been 4 years since I ordered. Won’t order again. Pizza Hut Broadway pizza, have a Dominos and compare! The quality to price you failed me big time. I’m really surprised you maintain your franchise rights and I’ll be contacting PHHQ!

Delivery driver was a completely rude asked the driver zolt to close the gate and he slammed it but did not secure it, I asked him again to close it and he swore at me and put his middle finger up. I then rang the store and spoke to the assistant manager who informed me he would speak to the driver and call me back. 15 minutes later the assistant manager called me back and Informed me he spoke to the driver and he admitted all of the above but blamed me for apparently being rude even with witnesses, I don 't expect this as a customer and will never be ordering from here again so disappointed as I order here frequently!

My partner ordered food from the Pizza Hut website and it was redirected to here. We called where our order was originally sent and they said it had been passed on here. The lovely gentleman where our order was passed from is currently making our food as Broadway did not pick up the phone, make or send our food and our order time was over an hour. Essentially, do not order from Pizza Hut Broadway as they will sideline you and not send your food to you for over an hour. If I could give this place less than a star I would, they haven’t even sent the food and have closed now.
