Mcdonald's - Petoskey

So convenient 2 lanes at. Drive thru, pulled wait time to order less than 1 minute back onto my journey under 2 minutes food was hot delishious the drive thru , Cashier had Zero Personality, didn 't smile, seemed impatient , dispite no one in line behind me.meal for mc double small fries Senior coffee 12.47 which seemed high as the menu suggested buy one get one for 1 more mix or match, in my head I figured about 5 bucks but I guess inflation the other lady handing me my order was super friendly and made up for the high cost of my lunch

After ten months estranged to my 2 year old son. We abruptly had our reunion in this store. After explaining my situation to the manager (matt) I was welcomed by him and his team wholeheartedly. He complimented first with a drink, then a whole happy meal(decked out for 2),and even an ice cream cone. He would not accept my money. I could not be more greatful for his gratuity. I realize now I chose a golden shirt today. My son dressed the same. We could not have planned it. Unexpectedly ending up at the golden arches. It was truly a golden memory.

McDonalds is the one fast food place where you can expect a certain experience every time. This one is no different. Great experience all around.

To be honest, my McDonald's experiences have been lackluster as of late. However, this McDonald's in Petoskey was a breath of fresh air. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom, the service was extremely friendly and very fast. The food was fresh and hot. There are many of their restaurants that I'm not itching to go back to, but whenever I find myself hungry for a quick bite in Petoskey, this particular store will be at the top of my list.

Ordered a double quarter lb with bacon meal got a single. I called and Michelle was very nice and was corrected. Thank you Michelle.
