I order a iltian hoagie with everything nosalt& a browine i ask did they have purple onions she said yes. I said I want them she said that's what go on their well any way my sandwich didn't have the onions I requested. barly any lettuce the lettuce was yellow as if it was down to the core cut a hoagie suppose to have the proper bedding of lettuce unless others wise requested my roll had split at the bottom this is not the firts time this happen with my sandwich and this is not the firts time yall mess up other orders where I spent over 40 dollars all the time iam tired of yall messing up my order and the food be good but I just keep giving yall chances and my money and my recipe only had Italian hoagie no salt it shouldn't stated the way I ordered it

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Easy, for a cook,chef,or a very young house mom ect... It was hideous disgusting and just plain nasty !!! My son who eats everything would not eat it... let's get to it. The chicken was black I believe, was a piece of a brest chopped just enough to hold pockets of nasty brown (not sauce like I thought residue all over everything black just no care at all the seasoning had no taste, and I also taste a bit of old fridge food or freezer burnt CROSS COTAMANAITED ALL OVER THIS PLACE !!! (now that don't always mean sick. You better pray I don't... Romaine lettuce all center stalks a lil green never seen a romaine no leaf not heard of rite. Red and green peppers I can tell a lil old now did not affect the taste just texture for the green yuck... cucumber ? was ok... tomato was big pieces did not taste that, however looks ok...onion was sliced very thin and gave me the hard end piece as well... olive I guess normal...egg had a big black/brown spot on it...just not appealing to look at, nasty to taste no care in plating and no car for this community... NEW CONCEPT FOR WEST PHILADELPHIA CLEAN AND SAFE FOOD... AND YET( THIS IS NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT IS STILL OPEN AND DOING GOOD NO A LOT OF BUSINESS... THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE FOOD WE SHOULD BE EATING ??? I will give an update if needed... And I never give a bad review unless it's to this magnitude, respect your business or lose it...new campaign respect your business or lose it...?

My Pizza was alright and the Turkey and Cheese Grinder was good he said. We ordered onion rings. I didn't know what they were at first. Why smash someone's food in a little container and expect them to eat it? Looked like slop, and they didn't get eaten. Greasy looking mess.Food: 2/5
