Applebee's Grill - Phoenix

Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Ana. I mentioned that we were coming from a funeral, and she truly went above and beyond! We had a large group of about 20 people, and she was incredibly attentive the entire time. Not once did we have to look for her; whenever we needed anything, she was already on her way to our table. Her friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for an exceptional server, Ana is the one to ask for—she sets the standard for excellent service. Ana is truly the example to follow!

The restaurant was a nice place to dine. However, when it came to our drinks, we noticed that our limes were missing. Just a few seconds later, we saw that the server brought some limes to the table behind us, which made us wonder if ours ended up there by mistake. So, it's good to be aware of your surroundings. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable!
