Craft Juice - Phoenix

I was looking forward to having a fruit smoothie. And I walked in at 3:01, and the girl said that they were closed, not good customer service.

Great delish juices and smoothies. I stop by at least 5x a week. Just wish they'd have an app in lieu of the punch card.

First time trying this juice bar. There was a horrible smell when I walked in but ordered a juice anyway. The juice is decent, but I won't return because of the smell unfortunately.

Menu options are unique, no acai, no pitaya, they did have papaya. . . But were out. Whole visit took 30 minutes because the employee would stop making our smoothies to take new peoples orders and there were people walking in every minute. Also moved at a snails pace. Just not a great experience to wait half an hour for an apple juice smoothie because they were out of everything

My first time here and was disappointed. I went to get a juice for my kid and surprisingly no kid size. Anyways they had a small size which was fine. We were the only ones in there so it wasn't busy but then too the person behind the counter did not even greet. Not even my 3 year old smiled and said Hi. Throughout the interaction, there was not even a smile, no recommendations for a first timer and had a disappointing look at her face while i was deliberating the ingredients in my juice. Coming the juice itself, went in for apple, carrots and pineapple. First sip felt so fresh and natural but a few gulps and it felt not so nice. There was some after taste and smell which did not feel right.
