The pizza is great! Worst customer service I 've experienced. The first time ordering it took my pizza 2.5 hours to get to my place...literally. No apology. I called after an hour and was told 20 more minutes. I called 45 minutes after she said it would arrive and was simply asked, Are you going to wait or would you like me to cancel the order? . Guy comes half hour later, still charges me, and gives me a $10 off coupon. I call to try to use it for take out and no one answers the phone at 3pm on a Sunday. If you 're ordering pizza because you 're being lazy don 't do it from here...too much work.
