Chili's Grill - Phoenix

Came in for my birthday during dinner today, the guy who served us was very nice , good service.

We've always loved Chili's so naturally it was my son's choice for his birthday dinner! Party of 13 and Bethany, Jimmy and Savannah did a great job keeping up with us. It was a super busy night but they checked on us often, Jimmy was extremely funnyand kept us entertained, Bethany took our orders and they were all attentive to our needs! Food was brought out correctly anddrinks were filled. We will definitely be back, especially to this location, as the staff is awesome! Thank you for makingGavin's birthday fun!

With a stale gift card burning a hole in my pocket I head off to my local Chili's for some dinner. Knowing the staffing challenges that many of the chains are facing, I was hesitant. It was dinner hour and not too terribly busy. The staff wasbusy, some still in training, but working hard and seemed to be keeping pace. We opted for the Triple Dipper and a combo meal because we couldn't make up our minds. Our Triple Dipper options were boneless wings (basically over breaded chicken nuggets),chicken crispers (not bad), and big mouth bites (overcooked mini burgers on dry buns). That was a miss. Our combo choices wereribs and jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage, which also came with fries and roasted street corn on the cob. This came out very hotand fresh and pretty good especially the corn. I think their fajitas are almost always the best choice at Chili's, along withtheir house margaritas. Thier prices are family friendly. Good to see they're making improvements.

The restaurant was very clean, our waitress was very good, but eating was terrible, greasy and cold! my man steak was mostly gristle and cold, the kartoffels where cold and his brokkoli was cold, I had the big mouth bites that were very fat and cold, which were fries where undercut and cold. I do not recommend this restaurant. I'm sorry for the waitress because she worked very hard and was very pleasant.
