Chipotle Mexican Grill - Phoenix

The portions are definitiv not what they were earlier, I feel like the same burrito I have ordered for years is the half of the size he was earlier. the rice also seems to be less seasoned, where is the zilantro and lime? I am always on the chew over salsa, because it is so overwhelming to have the aromes of meat/ice/beans, as the seasoned have rejuvenated

My original plan was to get piewei, but they closed. I was like I'm here to go next door to chipotle. I was not yet in this one over two years cuz they still run out of the staff, so let me give the advantage of the doubt, maybe there is a new owner or a new manager. Oh, man, they're still the same. I run at 9 o'clock, how do they not have fajitas, no acid cream and guacamole. where is chipotle in phoenix?

I had to wait a little longer for my online order. one of the employees showed me where I was in wait and another offered me a drink when I waited. I guess the gests and the great customer service

Service is great, price is good, but I went today 11/27/2022 at 18 o'clock and ordered to take out; a bowl with white rice and the rice was much too salty I can taste nothing but salt. I ordered a queen before, and the chicken was too salty. I have tried my family, the bowl so that they can let me know if it's just me, but no they have spited it out and said it's beyond salty. I threw out my bowl and I learned my lection. idk responsible for making rice and huh, but please just go on the salt! absolutely disgusting. I will stick to the other locations and avoid this to all.

Not as great as it used to be. Guy behind the counter just changed tasks 5 times with the same gloves. All tables remained dirty during my entire stay.Food: 3/5
