After speaking with the convenience store/gas station across the street I was told that Jacks's employees close up shop and head over to the gas station to purchase alcohol and blunt raps. They enjoy their time on the clock while partaking in libations as well as smoking marijuana. My intention originally was not to get anyone in trouble; however, as someone who has been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years my intentions have changed. For the sake of the overall business I would suggest you either clean house or sell the property. The overall lack of care and hospitality has shown that you no longer deserve to be in our neighborhood. Even if it was just laziness and only fried products were sold, I guarantee this location would make atleast an extra $20k+ a year. Only in fried products being sold.... Maybe teach them how to spell and be more respectful as well.
Food was actually so scrumptious and was so fresh and warm 10/10, the service was also a 10/10 I didn't catch her name but the lady at the drive through was so nice, the ambiance was a little iffy but it's a jack in the box drive through at 12:00 am on a Sunday soooooooo. Anyways, this experience was a 10/10!!
This location lacks enough staff but in these times of covid I don't deduct for longer preparation times for food. The service was super friendly and the food was perfect
They seem to manually adjust the hours each weekday to prevent mobile orders from being placed anytime between 11:45 pm and 4 am and will place a sign that reads we closed in the drive thru lane or will claim systems are down and even if you manage to place an order you might arrive to them saying they can 't fulfill it/didn 't get it/can 't make it and you will have to request a refund online (and obv have to go get food elsewhere which is all inconvenient and often contrary to what is posted for hours of operation). The staff otherwise are always friendly but the fact you can 't expect the store to be open 24/7 like most every other jack is probably costing the owner of this location a fair amount of revenue each year between missed sales and upset customers who will not even consider returning after experiencing such an inconvenience.
After a rain and still drizzling and walking over a mile, I wanted to sit down and fill up on some tasty fast food. The front door was plastered with signs that they were not allowing indoor dining. Not everyone drives to restaurants and I like to eat at a table in a warm restaurant on a rainy day. Not recommended.
