I explained my situation and she ignored me. so I went like other cars after a waiting period of a total of 20 minutes
They need a new manager who knows what they are doing. Eating is always late and it's a crazy amount waiting time 1 hour. also order online is a sweat, eating is never ready food: 1/5
The restaurant is located in a rough part of the city, surrounded by dirt and homelessness. However, the presence of the homeless does not detract from the dining experience. The food quality is rated 4 out of 5.
When I arrived at the Drive-Thru, I was not ready to place my order and asked for a moment. The team member said she would come back to me, but she never did. As I approached the window, I could hear the team member, Gabrial, on a personal phone call instead of attending to customers. After knocking on the window multiple times, she finally came back but was still on the phone. I told her to focus on work and she closed the window and walked away. I had to speak to a manager at the second window. The food I received was cold and tasteless.
Just so your aware this is a very small McDonald's with no dine in you will stand outside to take your order. The service is very friendly and fastFood: 3/5
