Rosati's Pizza - Phoenix

This location has consistently provided excellent service, but tonight was truly the best experience we've had. Even though we live a bit far from this store, they still delivered to us in no time. The prices have always been reasonable, and despite rising costs elsewhere, they remain very fair. The portions are generous, making it well worth it. I can honestly say I’m looking forward to our next order—thank you all!

As someone from the Midwest, I have plenty of experience with Chicago-style pizza, so I approached this meal with lowered expectations. I received my pizza right out of the oven and it was fresh. Overall, it was decent—not phenomenal, but it was exactly what I ordered. I must say the sauce was good, but the cheese was just okay. The crust could have benefited from a bit of butter. Would I order it again? Probably not, but I’m open to trying other dishes from the menu since this was my first experience there.

This place was awful! The pizza sauce was gross, and there was hardly any chicken on my pizza. To make matters worse, they cut the pizza so poorly that I had to use scissors to get decent slices! I will NEVER order from here again! If I could give zero stars, I definitely would!

Wouldn't know what the food tastes like because I was ignored and didn't get to place an order. Went with a coworker for lunch. The girl behind the counter took her order while the gentleman was on the phone taking another order. The girl behind thecounter rang my coworker up and went to the back. I waited to place my order. Another customer walked in. The man finishedtaking the phone order and instead of taking my order began to talk to the customer that walked in. The girl came out with mycoworker's food. The man asked the girl about the other customers take out order. She answered. Then instead of taking my ordershe began to mess around in the fridge behind the counter, totally ignoring me. Not once did anyone say anything to me!!

This location has always been great to us but tonight was by far the best ever we live a decent distance from this store and they still delivered to us and in awesome time. The price has always been fair honestly even with stuff increasing they stay really fair and the food is always in great portions worth so i can honestly say i cant wait till our next time we order thank you all
