Zipps Sports Grill - Phoenix

The food (pizza) was fire, the beer was ice cold, and Kaylie was a good server. The place was clean, good location, and hospitable staff. Not 1 single complaint. If you're in the area trying to grab a quick bite, stop by. Go thirsty the beer flows.

Was not a welcoming environment. Bartender asked us if we wanted another round of drinks at 7:01, when I asked if it was still happy hour she said no. She was also talking bad about other patrons in the establishment. Was not a great experience. Happy hour drink prices are great! Might go back on a different night.

Waited to be seated with my son only to be ignored by staff for over 5 minutes. An old couple walked In and got sat immediately before us. We have no idea why we didn’t deserve the same respect as the older couple so we went to the buffet instead. Good service there. It was a great day after all.

I eat at zipps all the time, and I don’t know what’s wrong with this particular location but the food is always horrible. Soggy pizza, soggy fries. I always recommend Zipps, but just don’t ever go to this

This was by far the worst experience ever. First off when we walked in we waited 5 minutes to be seated. There was two tables when we got there. As we were waiting for our food many more people were coming in. But we noticed 2 tables that arrived after us got their food before us. When I finally confront my serve about it and ask for the bill she expect me to pay for the food I waited 40min for and got AFTER I confronted her. Gerry was kind enough to take the food off my bill. Rose was extremely unprofessional and by far the worst serve I’ve ever had. She did not check on my table once in the 40mins we were waiting and when I confronted her she walked away from me. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. Nor will I be coming back..
