Back Burner Tavern In Hockess

My wife and I attended a luncheon recently. We had not eaten at The Back Burner in many years. The food was very good. We will need to put this restaurant back on the rotation.

My first time here and everything was excellent. The food was delicious and artfully served. My mom said it was the best creme brûlée she ever had in her life. I loved the decor and high ceilings, it definitely added to the wonderful experience. Our server, Randall, was a delight.

There was an older lady working in the coffee shop who was really mean and unprofessional towards me for no reason. I’ll never come back to this place.

Found this hidden gem by accident, but will definitely return. The atmosphere is charming, and the food completely delicious from the famous pumpkin mushroom soup to the adult root beer float to finish. Everything was well presented and the flavor was exceptional. Kudos to Dino for great service.
