The shop appears to be always closed, and even when it 's open the owner will sort of mock you for being there, cause farinata is not there, and it will be ready only later . When it 's ready, infinite queues are there (also cause the shop appears to be open just for a couple of hours in the afternoon), and when it 's your turn the farinata is already all gone and you should come back later . What the actual ffff? Don 't waste your time here.
There is farinata and there is farinata. This is THE FARINATA!!! First time we were there it was finished but we came back and then we tried this amazing farinata, vegan friendly. My goodness soooo juicy and tasty and good. A must!
Farinata di Virginia is probably the place where to have the best of the best farinata in the whole Liguria. Nothing to say: it's a must! don't leave Pietra Ligure without having had a farinata. But carefull: be aware of the old owner: she would attach and argue with you at the first chance. And she would not hesitate to invite you to go to the hell if you try to answer. You have been advised!!!!!
I remember that years ago I had tried several times the flour that had left me a good memory, I also confirm today!
Wanna have it right there at the vico (narrow medieval alley)? Yep, this is the place. Right at Pietra's Caruggiu (old town in dialect) you can try (always take away) the best Farinata . You can miss it, a must when in Liguria.
