Mcdonald's - Piqua

Everything was good but ordered their version of a slushy and machine was done for cleaning. Seems like every time I order slashes machine is down.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Had a messed up sandwich, for which I was given a card for a free sandwich. The card listed no restrictions on sandwiches. Went in today, and tried to order the same sandwich I originally had. Was told card wasn't good for it, so ordered a qp w/cheese deluxe w/extra pickle, instead of the double I originally had. Wasn't deluxe, 3 pickles total, the burger was in a few pieces and looked like the burger from a regular cheeseburger. Worst experience ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sat in line in the drive through for 15 minutes. Then they tell you the will only take cash at the window. You go inside and no one is at the register. They say you have to order it yourself at a kiosk. There is a long line at the kiosks. 15 minutes in line and you've placed your order. 15 minutes later everyone but you have gotten your order even a dozen people that ordered after you. When you get your order they don't have the boxes thst your stuff was supposed to come in. What the hell is going on here????? Food was good tho.

Great place to eat, clean, and they are very welcoming. I usually go before the rush hours and they people their are very happy and relaxed when they aren’t under pressure for every little thing. What’s sad is despite them trying their best to get through the day, while I eat my meal the customers treat the cashiers so poorly. “I need a coffee!” “It has to be just like this no cream etc” as if they are robots who have no feelings. I don’t go to McDonald’s when it’s busy and I understand the frustration but I felt so welcomed I had to post a review!

Ordered on the app, but was quick in getting it, and got everything I ordered. Also, the Manager was a sweetheart of a girl, very nice and courteous. Wonderful experience.
