Dunkin' - Piscataway

Used to love coming here, but as of September of 2023, you can see that the staff are always short. This is really affecting service times. The food that they put out is still good.I hope that management hires more people before I completely stop coming due to wait times.

Went in to use the restroom and order a snack. Did not order anything because the bathroom was disgusting. Pee, flies, no soap in the dispenser. Not ordering food from a place like that.

After repeating myself 5 times they still got my order completely wrong then have an attitude when I tell them its wrong. Never going back to this locations.

My son and I visited this Dunkin today to get coffee and a donut. The employees were swamped with a long line, but they took the time to double check our order with amazing positive energy. They were especially kind to my son and made his day with a donut. It sounds silly but it really had an impression! Whatever the workers here are earning, they deserve more ?

Best iced coffee I've ever had. And I've only ordered one ice coffee a handful of times. Polite and brilliant staff . Recommend the salty caramel cold brew
