Ramen 101 Pittsburg

Love the ramen and appetizers that have available. Garlic ramen is a personal favorite of mine

So I am a Yelper and take this review as you wish. Everyone has their own tastes so I want to be fair. This review is on their Hawaiian Food. Been here before for the Ramen. It was 3.5 out of 5. Broth great, minimal toppings, Char Sue Pork, overcooked and bland.So now to the review. Orders the Hawaiian BBQ mix and Spam Musubi. My parents were from Maui, I've had great lunch plates... The Musubi has so much rice that's all you tasted. Rice See picOnly two items struck out to me, the rice and Mac salad. The Sides. Rice was cooked perfectly, moist. Mac salad, not too much Mayo. Protein was a complete disappointment. But isn't that what you are buying the plate for??? Short ribs, dry, maybe would make a great beef jerky . BBQ beef, small if any portion. BBQ Chicken, also overcooked and no flavor.Good side, front staff.... But if you are going to eat a meal.... Pass.. I'm sorry for the bad review, I wanted this establishment to be a winner. I'll still be looking for my Hawaiian Plate Lunch elsewhere. Any suggestions???

Hire more people cuz all your doing is stuffing money in the drawer with no clue of when you're gonna fulfill your order your not busy your slow ! I'll visit ramen 101 often but you never see me at this dump ever again

Food is good, service is quick, nice and small incandescent lighting ambience inside. I like the black garlic ramen
