Bird On The Run - Pittsburgh

Extremely disappointing. Was really excited to try this place, but the quality of food we received was no where near worth the price we paid. The tenders looked nothing like the pictures on their website (they were small and overcooked). All of their sauces are Ken 's/Marzetti 's (wouldn 't know about the bird sauce as we ordered it, but didn 't recieve it) and their cheese sauce tasted off. It was worse than gas station cheese. Also their online ordering system told me the food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived almost 10 minutes early and could tell the food had been sitting around, so everything was extremely soggy, especially the fries and fish sandwich which tasted okay, but the sogginess was too much to overcome. I 'm sure there would be some improvement if you eat there, but likely won 't be back.

Used to be good, but now the bird truly ran. With smaller portions and higher prices, it's not so good. Also, watch out for the margaritas, seems to be made from bottom shelf booze.

First time trying it. I had the little chunker and fries . I wish I would have taken pictures. By far my favorite chicken sandwich. The workers were all nice. Loved the spicy mayo I did try their carolina reaper dry spice and it was absolutely fire ? the taste was great.Parking: The loction I was at did have good parking. It was in pennhills

Solid chicken sandwich in Shadyside. Be careful with their spice levels but tasty as you can make it

We had a traditional chicken sandwich and the lil chunky's delight. Both were great but the pickled green tomato is a game changer. There are 5 levels of heat. I tried the 4 Hot AF it's a very tolerable level of heat. I will definitely try the 5 RIP next time! Absolutely would go back for that sandwich.Food: 5/5
