We had some issues in the past, but this time the service was outstanding, and the changes to the menu were fantastic. We are really happy to return here. They must be under new management. Our group of 14 received wonderful service.

We had a group of 18, and they placed us in a private backroom that was entirely ours. It was ideal, and the kids really enjoyed it with us. There aren't many places that can accommodate such a large party, so we truly appreciated it.

Our dinner at Claddagh was disappointing this time. The service was quite slow, and the waitress was not very attentive. The food didn't meet our expectations either; the fried fish was excessively greasy and left a bad taste in our mouths.

I wanted to try this place, but I got confused. I was misinformed, but I really expected more of an ethnic experience, like what they received in the hoffbraugh house directly above the road. Wasnt expects a top 40 hip hop mix to listen to the sound system and see afteros on the menu. However, the real experience killer was the lack of service and the inappropriate waiting times between ordering and actually getting food and drinks. it was 5:30 and the place was not busy. the table of us had to go into the bar and get their own drinks, as a server had not participated in them. my wife and I just made 1 drinks. I actually had to visit a hostess to request a server. it looks like someone doesn't disturb the load! will not go back soon.

We got turned away. It was Friday before St. Patrick’s Day and they said they had requested your website to stop taking table reservations but that they had no table for us.
