Dairy Queen (treat) - Pittsburgh

Great customer service, facility is always clean and dq tasty are always great! I always go with a smile!

I stopped at this dairy queen location today because it is near my house. I had to order a DQ ice cream cake for my life's birthday. the doors were locked and there were no signs that fixed the opening times of the shops, but it was 12:45 clock; and I would expect them to be open as it says on their sign that they are a year round shop. So I sat in my car and I called the dairy queen, who is on perry hwy, and ordered my birthday cake! when I went to go I drove around the back of the load, and this is where I found the two female employees enjoy a very long break, smoking cigarettes! Now they have not only lost a $27 sale from me, but there was another person who had pulled into the car, which was also pulled out because the doors were closed. the load had not opened that long for someone who actually needs a break! both had to be out there so that no one could wait for the customer?

Friendly people work there. Great service. They have nice tables to sit and eat your ice cream with your family. They are open year round!

Went there after work to pick up my children 3 blizzards. Drove home to S Bryant which is only 5 minutes away. All blizzards were soft like a weak milkshake. I tried calling the store and the mailbox was full and disconnected me. $15 bucks down the drain. The manager needs to be aware that her workers aren't preparing his or her items. Please check all your ice cream before leaving and maybe drug test your employees.
