Panera Bread - Pittsburgh

I ordered suppe on the kiosk, they were out of baguettes, so I had to upgrade to a broth dish. I also ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies I never received because I did not realize they were not in my pocket. I took a kiosk order, everything would be in my bag. I guess not! do not be like me and leave them behind on expensive cookies!

Panera brot was a good experience. live during lunchtime, so there is a little waiting time. Eating was good and hot as served. many tables to put and enjoy her eating. food: 4/5

We love this place tasha, the team manager is a kind and efficient. it makes our afternoon visits a pleasure. it seems like she's running a tight ship. we're coming back!

Much overpriced for what we have, a chicken sandwich was $12, not better than wendy’s and not as good as Chick-fil-A, she got teriyaki broccoli huh and now we remember why we didn’t go there in three years. we live a quarter mile away. food: 3/5

I think I'm being generous with two stars, I had a chicken sandwich no drink my wife had a chicken salad with rice, no drink, $27. The sandwich and the salad could have been bought across the street at Wendy's for half the price and just as good. The girl at the counter that took the order couldn't answer our questions we just wanted to know what take two meant, I just told her I didn't want a half sandwich I wanted a whole sandwich. I hadn't been to Panera in 4 years and we couldn't remember why, now we know, I will say no one but the lady who I believe might have been the manager was friendly she was very nice. Wendy's it is next time.
