Best vegan and gluten free ice cream we've had in our lives. Can't miss this spot in Pittsburgh!We had a moca, and a mint and cookies scoop. Both amazing, and the service was just wonderful ?

Had a moment of panic when I realized I needed to get a birthday dessert for someone who is Gluten Free Dairy free and didn't have much time/couldn't travel far to get it. Stopped into Sugar Spell Scoops and found MANY options. Ended up purchasing 3 different pints and know that the birthday cake ice cream was a nice surprise as was I believe a tea sorbet. Those who are not GF or DF still enjoyed both. If you have people who are used to eating ice cream with dairy, the sorbets might be a better option. With that said all can be apprecaited!

Best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. The base is cashew and naturally gives the ice cream a distinctly cashew-tinged undertone in flavor compared to dairy ice cream, but it tastes really nice! I got the Dream Girl pint and it was super dreamy and creamy.

This is the best vegan ice cream I have ever had! The texture is really insane, most vegan ice cream feels like frozen almond coconut cashew milk and this is much closer to real ice cream cookie-dough. The flavors they had were all off the chain! Their merch is actually cool and can be worn by a degenerate hipster like me.I am a huge fan of patronizing local non-chain businesses and as a vegan this is a win-win for me. I can't wait to go back and enjoy this as a treat for as long as I am in the steel city!

We stopped here on a road trip and were so glad we did! I got the chocolate peanut butter sundae and it was incredible! Their flavors and toppings were top notch and the staff was so kind and friendly! A must visit for sure!
