Feedback gevenAs I mentioned, I visit this location often, and this is the first time I've had this issue, so I hope it was just a one-off situation. I'm certain that if I had noticed it right away and brought it to the attention of the staff, they would have gladly refilled my cup. In the past, there was an instance where I accidentally ordered a hot drink, and they ended up making it iced instead. They not only remade it but also let me keep both drinks instead of throwing the incorrect one away.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which was exceptionally inviting despite being quite busy. The barista, a woman who confirmed my mobile order at the drive-thru, had an incredible personality. I truly appreciated her dedication and cheerful demeanor. I visited on Sunday, May 15th, 2022, at 10:57 AM.
I ordered a Triple Venti Mocha today, but it wasn't even filled to the top. Honestly, there’s no reason for that much whipped cream—it filled up a quarter of the cup!
It's a Starbucks, so you know what to expect. The service is generally quick, and I've never met a staff member who appeared upset or frustrated, even though I can imagine some customers might push their patience to the limit.
This location boasts an exceptionally friendly staff that greets me as soon as I enter. The place is consistently clean, and my drinks are served promptly.
