Feedback gevenExtremely and pleasantly surprised by thus place. The interior is modern and fresh lending to an upscale atmosphere. The spacial planning is perfect . . .bar and cocktail tables at front, moving to dining room and then hibachi tables on the back. Food was excellent everyone got the hibachi and our grill guy was awesome. I would love to come back for all the non hibachi menu items. Other people's dishes looked great. Cocktails were on point as well.
We had a great meal at Miko. Visiting Plainview and Miko was recommended. We sat at the bar (happy hour) and ordered Omakase Sushi Sashimi for Two from their regular menu. Our bartender server told us to let her pick the special roll, which we did. We did tell her we did not eat shellfish and were accommodated there with no issue. The entree came out and it was amazing. A very large selection of sushi sashimi, all fresh, well prepared and artistically presented. Tasted great. The manager was on the floor and came around to check on each table. A memorable meal. Our only issue is that Miko is not close to us or we'd become very regular diners there.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted by staff given a table. We got hibachi with our 2 toddlers. Food was much better than my last experience at the better known Benihana in Carle Place Good food, friendly staff, and a good hibachi show. Would return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Ordered over the phone, it was easy and food was ready when they promised it. We got hibachi cooked strip steak and filet mignon. I was pleasantly surprised that our steak was cooked perfectly... especially the filet. It was very tender. We will be going back for a dine in experience.
Terrible customer service. These young rude girls don’t know how to run a front desk. I ordered my food online and called to see if it could be ready 15 minutes earlier. She said the ticket didn’t print yet so she can try but no promises. I come at pick up time and she goes to the back and says “a few more minutes for the sushi”. I said but the pick up was for 12:30. She says yea sorry idk and rolls her eyes. This is disgusting and so not helpful for a customer service representative. Get more reputable staff please. These girls are all stuck up
