Mcdonald's - Plano

Went twice after midnight. Both times my orders came out complete and in good time. I only felt compelled to leave a review because of the excellent customer service from Akua. While taking our order, Akua had my husband and I rolling up to the pick up window feeling extra cheerful. Thank you!I will suggest at least hiring one more employee for late Friday/early Saturday morning. There were more cars in the drive thru, and the wait was longer (not even considering the car before me who had a huge order).

What a stupid terrible experience. I wanted an apple pie. So used the app which gave 40% off and ordered through drive through. The guy who took the order asked for my code and I gave it to him. Not sure what he did but he had to put the order in again. Gave him the code from the app several more times. Eventually just said I would come to the window. Two ladies where there. Gave them the code and they said it was invalid. Restarted the app a few times but still gave the same code. But each time the lady said it was invalid. Got manager who turned out to be an ****. He tried the code and basically said it's a third party app and it's on them not McDonald's. Lol. It's a McDonald's app. With the McDonald's name it's on McDonald's! He the. Said it was as like $1.70 something if I wanted the pie. He kept saying it's between me and the app but they couldn't take the code. Nope I did not want the pie. I left. Went to whataburger and got an apple pie. A much nicer experience. And cheaper too! Manager needs to realize a malfunction McDonalds app is a McDonald's problem. It is carrying the McDonald's name.

Worst McDonald's Ever! Don't come here. You will probably be waiting forever so if you don't have anything to do all day then come and wait in line

Wow! I used to be anti-McDonald for most of my life, but this location made me reconsider my stance Wanted to add my own review because of the bad ratings. Quick disclaimer, to be fair, I'm not one that cares too much about speed. As long as the food is well-cooked , tastes well and the establishment is clean, and in the case of fast food, the wait time is less than 12-15 minutes, it's fine (or with explanation, this can be exntended because hey things happen). While there was some confusion with the order, they were all really nice and patient to get it resolved. At most, it was around 8 minutes from app order to pick-up to get it resolved (it was the app itself that had the issue) The McDouble tasted great.

Just ordered two shakes on Uber eats through this location. Waited almost 45 minutes no shakes Uber eats guy called and said that they did not have my order number after I placed the order and they are making it.. Most likely someone from McDonald’s employee probably canceled my order due to being lazy or just not doing it! Unbelievable do not order anything from this location please! NEED TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES WHO UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE
