Put our name on the list asked how long and the person there said they couldn’t tell us. There were plenty of open seats, but they only had two workers, so we tried to be understanding. After waiting 40 minutes to be seated, they sat us down at a table that had been unoccupied the entire time we were waiting ? Sat at the table for another 15 minutes just to see them take orders at another table that came in BEFORE us. 20 minutes after being seated, our orders were finally taken. My husband ordered the shrimp and chicken pad Thai, and I ordered the crab fried rice. I was hoping that the quality and taste of the food would make up for the lack of service, but sadly it did not. Both of our dishes lacked flavors and we were both hunky disappointed. After there is only one gender neutral bathroom, where one guest thought it would be okay to blow up (of course this was not the workers’ fault, but completely inconvenient for me). This will be the last time we visit here.
Realizing I hadn't eaten while running errands I was able to find parking (can be difficult in this shopping center) easily so I popped in.Ordered:.? Pepper Garlic with ChickenIt was so tasty, thinly sliced chicken with great flavor. The broccoli was steamed and had no additional seasoning but I didn't mind at all. Can't wait to return and try more menu options at another timeLocated in the Pacific Pearl center across the street from the outlets. The service was incredible quick
After a morning of shopping at the outlets and wanting something better than the food court. we gave up our parking spot and drove to the Pacific Pearl center just down the way. We circled the parking lot looking for something to call out to us. We decided on Basil Delight and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. We ordered Roti with curry sauce, Melacca cauliflower +tofu, basil eggplant, pineapple fried rice. The roti was a good starter. My favorite was the cauliflower and tofu we chose the protein) which is battered and deep fried tossed with this sweet tangy sauce. So good. The basil eggplant +chicken) was also very good. The pineapple fried rice had a unique spice that I couldn't figure out but it was unlike other restaurant. So good. The service was quick, efficient and attentive. They had a constant flow of patrons which is a good sign. This will be our goto spot after a day of shopping. And there's a Somi Somi in the same center for dessert.
Really good Malaysian and Thai halal food close to the Livermore outlet. Good sized restaurant with good service. I've tried their Roti, satay, egg rolls, laksa, pad Thai, pineapple fried rice which were all very good.
1) I’m just one of these people who appreciate and polite person with a smiling face and didn’t get that here. Same person I talked to when I called in my order who did not like that I had a couple of questions that the menu does not give details about. She got annoyed.2) a lot of these Thai restaurants put all lettuce in their summer rolls with about 2 pieces of cucumber and a couple of pieces of tofu. Cmon..neither of these items cost enough to not be able to put 4 pieces of each at least. LOL. The curry noodles were really just noodles and bean sprouts with very few pieces of chicken and a very few pieces of shrimp and even egg was sparse so again. Basically noodles. The taste was good but if you want just a plate of noodles this is the place for you, it’s possible that if you “eat in” they give you more. Not sure that I will go back to find out .
