L&l Hawaiian Barbecue - Pleasanton

During my recent visit to this restaurant, I observed a staff member at the register picking his nose after handing us our plates. He spent about 30 seconds doing so, which was not appetizing. Later, when I went to use the restroom, I found a kitchen staff member inside. I waited for him to leave before using the restroom myself, only to realize that he did not wash his hands as the sink was dry. Despite enjoying the food at L&L, these hygiene issues have made me reconsider returning to this particular location.

I just arrived from Hawaii and this restaurant reminded me of Kailua. The service was excellent, the food was always hot and fresh, and the dining area was clean. Overall, it was a great experience for a quick dining option. Thank you.
