Starbucks - Plover

Very friendly staff. Placed order via app and was ready quickly. I was planning to enjoy my food there, but they didn't have any tables. I was surprised this was to-go only and not café style.

I just want to thank Emily for handling my situation. I ordered a drink and drove off. After several minutes of driving I’d decided to take a sip. The taste was off and there was no sweetness to it. I stopped at the side of the road and called the shop. I was told to go back to get a replacement but I have other arrangements and did not make it back till hours later. They simply replaced the drink. Thank you for the great customer service and handling the situation like a pro. My loyalty with the brand is stronger than ever.

Paid $7 for a pink drink that was all milk, and they wouldn’t remake it.

My coffee was horrible. Teach them how to make the drinks please! Your products are too highly priced to be made poorly.
